In \u201cLa CALASH La Latin-LT\u201d DanceSport poses and choreographer\u2019s Palle Granh\u00f8j signature obstruction technique are used to create a frame for movement development. It allows the transformation and limitation of dancers\u2019 actions and reveals deep layers of personality as well as specific physicality of each performer.<\/p>\n

This performance is based on \u201cLa CALASH La Latin\u201d \u2013 a piece premiered in Denmark in 1997 that brought international success for the choreographer Palle Granh\u00f8j with more than 100 performances worldwide. In 2022 the piece is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
